Success of our member at the Professor Antoni Hoborski Student Science Conference

We are very pleased to announce that our member, Justyna Ślósarz, won the honorable 1st place in the Monitoring and Environmental Protection section at the 6th Student Science Conference.

During the conference, she presented an innovative view of the camera trap device, and the topic of her work was: „Camera trap as a Research Instrument: Construction, Application and Development Perspectives in Scientific Field Research”.

Her presentation showcased an innovative design of a camera trap based on Raspberry Pi, which autonomously records images when motion is detected, regardless of lighting conditions. The project responds to the need for advanced IT solutions in monitoring wild fauna, opening new perspectives in the area of ​​ecology and environmental protection.
